BOOKING INFORMATION

Please find below a step-by-step guide to booking weekly classes at our Notting Hill and West Hampstead venues, as well as how to book workshops, events and extras.

We require booking through the parent portal and everyone attending must create an account on our parent portal before doing so.

  1. Log in to the Parent Portal on our booking platform, Dance Studio Pro. If you have not already set up an account, click on "Create Account" and follow the instructions to set up a new account.

  2. Select the "Register", then click 'Classes' This will take you to the Class Registration page. Children must first be added as a student in the system to book any class (including a trial class). To do this, select "Add a Student" on the Class Registration page and follow the instructions. 

  3. For classes, select the tab with the venue you would like to attend (e.g "Emmanuel Church"). For workshops, shows, exam booking etc. select the "Events and Extras" tab.

    To book a trial class, continue to Trial Booking below. To enrol for the term, jump to Termly Booking below. The portal will only show classes that are age-appropriate to the student you are booking for. If you want to trial a class that does not appear on the list, please contact us and we will be happy to help you. 

Trial Booking

To book a trial do not click the tick box at the side of the class name. Under the description of each class there is an option to select "Schedule Trial" - select this and it will drop down dates for you to choose. Click "Submit", "Finish Registration Now". Click the T&C's then follow the steps to make payment. 

You will receive a Trial Booking confirmation email - please check your junk folder as it may go there and say 'dance studio pro' is the sender. 

Termly Booking

To enrol for classes for the term, check the box to the left of the class description, and click "Submit" at the bottom/top of the page (you may need to scroll to find it). The tuition fees listed are for the full term, but if you join after the term has started, the system will automatically prorate them at checkout so you do not pay for classes before the date of booking and/or pay twice for any trial class attended.

Our class enrolment is rolling unless you cancel the class before the new term starts. We send reminders of this and set deadlines before billing occurs. 

The screen will show a red banner at the top. If it does not show the "Finish Registration Now" button check for the "Auto Pay Required" banner. Click the purple text saying "Click here to set up Auto Pay". Follow the steps for this. We can't see any details and no money is taken at this point. The system requires it due to our rolling enrolment. 

Once this is done go back to the registration page click "Finish Registration Now", tick the T&C's and follow the steps to "Make Payment".  

 

When you have completed your online registration, you will receive an email confirming registration and setting out all you need to know before you first class. It may have gone to your junk folder and sender may say "Dance Studio Pro". Please mark as safe so you receive future lesson correspondence. All this information (and more) can also be found on the Parent Portal. 

PRICING

 

Our weekly classes range from £7 to £20 per class. Please check the Class Registration page on the Parent Portal for accurate price information.

 

Classes are signed up for on a termly basis. If you join after the term has started, you will not pay for classes missed and/or trial classes attended. 

 

We do offer concessionary rates and are happy to discuss this with you. Multi-class and sibling discounts are also available and are worked out automatically at checkout by our system.

We are not able to accept childcare vouchers.

 

Private lessons are available from £30 per class. We also run school lessons across London. 

 

UNIFORM

 

For their first class students should just wear something comfortable and bring a bottle of water. ​Please see our UNIFORM page for more detailed information

 

CANCELLATION POLICY
Full details of our cancellation policy can be found under "Waivers" on the Parent Portal.
CLASSES

We do not offer a refund for missed classes but students may attend an age-appropriate catch-up class within the same term, subject to availability. Catch-up classes must be booked via email.

Classes cancelled in-person due to events outside of our control (e.g., a health pandemic) will, where possible, be rescheduled or moved online temporarily. No refund will be offered. 

Fees will be refunded if we have to cancel the class for any other reason.

PRIVATE LESSONS

If you have to cancel your private lesson and your cancellation is at least 14 days before the scheduled lesson, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 14 and 48 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson will receive a 50 per cent refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the lesson cannot be refunded. Please note, if you have not paid in advance for the lesson, you may still be charged.

WORKSHOPS

Cancellations 48 hours or more in advance of a workshop will receive a 50 per cent refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled workshop will not receive a refund.
