ABOUT US

Spencer Stage School was born out of a passion for the arts held by founder and principal, Alys. Alys wanted to create a school that encourages and fosters students whatever their ability and ambitions, whether they are attending classes for fun or want to achieve a high level of skill. 

Spencer Stage School has grown every year since it opened in 2012 and today we have a team of 15 teachers with years of teaching and professional theatrical experience, and more than 200 students attending classes weekly. Our focus is, and has always been, on delivering high quality teaching, building confidence and, most importantly, having fun!

Spencer Stage School provides a safe environment in which anyone can express themselves, grow in confidence, make new friends and develop their creativity. As well as our diverse selection of weekly classes available, we offer amazing opportunities such as performing at Disneyland Paris, Sadler's Wells, the Palladium and the Royal Albert Hall, as well as taking part in numerous shows and dance exams!

All Spencer Stage School teachers are DBS checked, professionally trained as performers by the top schools in London and qualified to teach. You can be confident that your child is in the best hands to enjoy and flourish within the performing arts.
