Log in or sign up on the parent portal.
Select 'register for classes'
Go to the selected Tab (there are term dates for term classes, and events & extras for shows, workshops, exams etc)
Select the class you want to enrol for and click submit.
Then select 'Finish Registration', accept the Terms and Conditions and make payment. For some classes you schedule a trial class for Free.

ONLINE CLASS ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS
Once enrolled on your parent portal home page, where it says 'Today's Schedule' will be listed the classes for the day and there will be a film camera icon you can click on at the time of the class. At the time and day of the class if you click the camera icon it will take you to a screen that says 'go to my class' please click it.
The link should take you automatically to Zoom.
Enter the password. This will be on your booking confirmation email.
Please enable the camera and microphone features on your device.
Angle the camera so we can see you and wait for everyone to log on!
Classes are signed up for on a termly basis. If you join late in the term, the classes missed will be deducted.
We do offer concessionary rates and will always discuss this with you.
There are a number of payment options available, so if you have any specific needs you just have to ask.
Term fees do vary according to the length of the terms - Autumn tends to be the longest term.

Our classes range from £7 to £15 per class, multi class and sibling discounts are available.
Private Lesson - Singing, Dance, Speech and Drama Lessons available. School Lessons also available (we currently run clubs in schools across London)
We DO NOT accept Childcare Vouchers for classes or workshops.
If fees are not paid two weeks after the start of the new term a 10% late fee will be added to your account every week until payment is received.
Students are required to wear Spencer Stage School Uniform for classes. Uniform is not optional. This can be purchased from your teacher or ordered by contacting us at our email address. All uniform can be personalised!
If you miss a class, a refund is not offered but you can attend a class on a different day* but it MUST be attended in the same term. Fees will be refunded if the class is cancelled by the teacher.
* Subject to student numbers, teacher/pupil ratio. Please check with Sue prior to arrival. You will not be able to participate if the class is already full.
If you cancel more than 48 hours before the day of your Private Lesson you will receive a 50% refund, if you cancel on the day, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund. If you haven’t paid in advance you will still be charged.
Only once the money is paid is your place confirmed. In the event that you can no longer make the workshop, and you have already paid for it; if you cancel more than 48 hours before the workshop you will receive a 50% refund, if you cancel on the day of the workshop, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.
Unsociable and disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. We understand that everyone has an 'off' day but if your child continues to hinder the fun for others in class we will regretfully have to ask them to leave.
